Blandford Homes is seeking a “leader” to manage the Customer Service Team. This position works directly with homeowners and contractors to problem solve, coordinate warranty repairs, perform minor repairs, and ensure all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Experience in homebuilding is preferred. This position works directly with homeowners, field representatives, and contractors to problem solve, coordinate warranty repairs, and ensure all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
